zenedgetrader.com is run by Andrew Gant-Villagomez, trading as ZenEdge Trader, a sole proprietor based in Virginia, United States. Buying anything here means you accept these terms.

Everything sold here is educational. Each item documents how one trader reads charts and runs his own account. It is a record of what he does, not instructions for what you should do.

Nothing here is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. No product, session, audit or document is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Nobody here is your broker, your adviser or your fiduciary, and no relationship of that kind is created by buying something.

Trading carries real risk, including the loss of your entire account. Every decision you make with your own money is yours alone.

There is no promise, express or implied, that anything here will make you money, improve your performance, or produce any particular outcome. Past results, whether his or anyone else’s, tell you nothing reliable about your future results.

Any figure, example or chart shown anywhere on this site is illustrative and historical. None of it is a forecast, and none of it is a claim about what will happen next.

Prices are in United States dollars and payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s page and never reach this site.

All sales are final. There are no refunds. This applies to every product, session, audit and subscription, and it applies whether the item has been opened or not. Please be sure before you buy, and ask anything you are unsure about first. Questions before a purchase are always welcome.

Where a product includes revisions, the number included is stated on that product’s own page. Included revisions are part of the price you paid. They are not a refund, a rework guarantee or a warranty.

Subscription items renew until you cancel them. Cancelling stops the next charge and does not refund charges already made.

Purchased products are opened by signing in with the email address you bought with. You get a code by email and enter it. There is no password to lose.

Access is personal to you. Sharing your sign in, passing on a private link, or redistributing a product in any form is not permitted, and access may be withdrawn if it happens.

Access can also be withdrawn for chargeback abuse or for anything unlawful. It will not be withdrawn because someone simply disagreed with something.

What you buy is a personal license to use the product yourself. You do not own the underlying work.

You may not resell it, republish it, share it, feed it into a product of your own, or use it to train a model. The writing, charts, frameworks, code and design on this site remain the property of Andrew Gant-Villagomez.

This is run by one person. Things occasionally break, and a product may be briefly unreachable while something is fixed. No uptime level is promised.

Some items on the catalog are openly marked as still being built. Those are not for sale and cannot be paid for until they exist.

To the fullest extent the law allows, liability for any claim connected to these products is limited to the amount you actually paid for the item the claim concerns. There is no liability for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in Virginia.

These terms may change. When they do, the date at the top moves. Anything you already bought is governed by the terms in place on the day you bought it.
