zenedgetrader.com is run by ZenEdge Trader, a sole proprietorship based in Virginia, United States. Buying anything here means you accept these terms.

Everything sold here is educational. Each item documents how one trader reads charts and runs his own account. It is a record of what he does, not instructions for what you should do.

Nothing here is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. No product, session, audit or document is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Nobody here is your broker, your adviser or your fiduciary, and no relationship of that kind is created by buying something.

Trading carries real risk, including the loss of your entire account. Every decision you make with your own money is yours alone.

There is no promise, express or implied, that anything here will make you money, improve your performance, or produce any particular outcome. Past results, whether his or anyone else’s, tell you nothing reliable about your future results.

Any figure, example or chart shown anywhere on this site is illustrative and historical. None of it is a forecast, and none of it is a claim about what will happen next.

Prices are in United States dollars. The ZenEdge Audit and the Historical Audit, Chart Reading Sessions, the monthly path of Yearly Mentoring, and the three Discord memberships, Edge Pass, Edge Builder and Edge for Life, are paid at checkout on Whop. The upfront path of Yearly Mentoring is paid by Zelle, once a start date is confirmed. Everything else is paid through Stripe. Card details are entered on Whop’s or Stripe’s own page and never reach this site.

All sales are final. There are no refunds. This applies to every product, session, audit and subscription, and it applies whether the item has been opened or not. Please be sure before you buy, and ask anything you are unsure about first. Questions before a purchase are always welcome.

Where a product includes revisions, the number included is stated on that product’s own page. Included revisions are part of the price you paid. They are not a refund, a rework guarantee or a warranty.

Subscription items renew until you cancel them, at the price shown when you bought. The ZenEdge Trade Dashboard renews every month or every year, whichever you chose, and so does The Morning Edge letter. The ZenEdge Dividend Dashboard renews once a year. Call Sheet and Stay Posted, which a server’s owner buys, renew every month or every year, whichever he chose.

How to cancel. Sign in to the product and use its Manage link. On the ZenEdge Trade Dashboard it is on the Rules tab, under Account. On the ZenEdge Dividend Dashboard it is at the foot of the page. For The Morning Edge it is the link at the foot of every letter. It opens Stripe’s own billing page for your subscription, where you can cancel, change your card, or see your receipts. You can also email gvillacapital@gmail.com from the address you bought with and it will be cancelled for you. A server’s owner cancels Call Sheet or Stay Posted from the payment page he paid from, with its Manage or cancel button.

Cancelling stops the next charge and does not refund charges already made. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Server referrals. A server’s owner can send members to the two dashboards through the server’s own link. A member who buys through it pays the normal price. The owner earns $30 for each paid year of the ZenEdge Trade Dashboard and $20 for each paid year of the ZenEdge Dividend Dashboard bought through that link, renewals included, paid to the owner when the member pays. For a member who pays by the month, every twelfth paid month counts as a paid year. A year whose charge is disputed is not owed, and a share already paid for it comes off the owner’s next payment. A link can be switched off at any time, and payments made after that earn nothing.

Purchased products are opened by signing in with the email address you bought with. You get a code by email and enter it. There is no password to lose.

Call Sheet and Stay Posted open by a private link instead, given to the server’s owner once his payment clears.

Access is personal to you. Sharing your sign in, passing on a private link, or redistributing a product in any form is not permitted, and access may be withdrawn if it happens. The one exception is a Call Sheet members link, which the owner who paid for it gives to his own server’s members, and to nobody else. If it travels further, it is replaced with a new one.

Access can also be withdrawn for chargeback abuse or for anything unlawful. It will not be withdrawn because someone simply disagreed with something.

What you buy is a personal license to use the product yourself. You do not own the underlying work.

You may not resell it, republish it, share it, feed it into a product of your own, or use it to train a model. The writing, charts, frameworks, code and design on this site remain the property of ZenEdge Trader.

This is run by one person. Things occasionally break, and a product may be briefly unreachable while something is fixed. No uptime level is promised.

Some items in the catalog are openly marked as not finished. Those are not for sale and cannot be paid for until they exist.

To the fullest extent the law allows, liability for any claim connected to these products is limited to the amount you actually paid for the item the claim concerns. There is no liability for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in Virginia.

These terms may change. When they do, the date at the top moves. Anything you already bought is governed by the terms in place on the day you bought it.
