zenedgetrader.com is run by ZenEdge Trader, a sole proprietorship based in Virginia, United States. There is no company behind it and no staff. When this page says we, it means one person.

Just browsing. Nothing. No account, no cookie, no tracker. Reading the catalog leaves nothing behind.

Buying something. The two dashboards, The Morning Edge and Deep Dives are paid through Stripe. Your card number is typed on Stripe’s page and never reaches this site. What comes back is your email address, which product you bought, and the reference number for that payment. The ZenEdge Audit and the Historical Audit, Chart Reading Sessions, the monthly path of Yearly Mentoring and the three Discord memberships are paid at checkout on Whop instead, and the upfront path of Yearly Mentoring by Zelle. This site receives nothing from either.

Paying for Call Sheet or Stay Posted as a server’s owner. The same, kept with your private link: your email address, which plan you chose, and Stripe’s reference numbers for you and your subscription, so the link runs exactly as long as you have paid for and you can open Stripe’s page to cancel.

Buying a Deep Dive. That checkout also asks which ticker you want read and, only if you choose to give it, your Discord username, so the work can be started and delivered. The finished breakdown is sent to that Discord username, or to the email you paid with if you gave none or Discord will not let a message through. Both answers stay with the payment record at Stripe. Neither is written to this site’s database.

Sending the Audit intake. The intake opens once you have checked out on Whop, and what it collects is what you type into it: your first name and email address, your age range if you give it, how long you have traded, what you trade, your account size range, whether you trade full time, your broker, your plan, your one setup with its stop, exit and risk per trade, how many live trades you have taken, your loss patterns and the strategies and accounts behind you, where the pain is, your goals, what you want caught, any books or quotes you add, your two colors for the finished document, whether you want mentoring, anything else you choose to tell, and your Whop order number, so the intake can be matched to the order. Your answers are kept in your own browser while you work, so you can close the tab and come back, and they leave your device only when you press Send my intake. They then go to Andrew’s email, with a copy to his own private list of audits in progress. They are used to write your audit and to talk with you about it, and for nothing else. No card, bank or government number is ever asked for.

Uploading your trade history for a Historical Audit. The Audit intake sends each file you choose straight to this site, into private storage no visitor can open, filed under a random number rather than your name. Each file has to be a plain text export of no more than 4 MB, twenty at most. Andrew downloads them to his own computer to count your trades, and the copy here is deleted the moment he does. Account numbers, names and email addresses in a file never reach the counted figures, and your audit shows counts and totals, never a row of your files.

Signing in to a product you bought. Your email address, and a sign in session stored as a cookie so you do not have to sign in on every page. The record kept is your email, the product, and the dates access was given and, if it ever happens, withdrawn.

While you are signing in, the email address you typed is also kept in your browser for up to fifteen minutes, so that leaving the page to fetch the code from your mail does not lose your place. That copy stays in your browser. It is removed as soon as you sign in, and otherwise at the fifteen minute mark or the next time that page is opened after it.

Using the ZenEdge Trade Dashboard. Everything you put into it, your trades, LEAP positions, journal, goals, check ins and rules, is saved to your account on this site’s database, tied to the email you signed in with. That is what lets it open on any device you sign in on, and survive a cleared browser or a new phone. A copy is also kept in your browser so it opens quickly. You can export a backup file to your own device whenever you want one; nothing is downloaded unless you ask for it.

Reading The Morning Edge. Your email address, the tickers you pick, and whether you have paused it. They are used to send your letter and nothing else, and it is sent from here with no tracking pixel of ours. Each letter carries your private link to your tickers, so if you forward one, whoever gets it can change them; it shows only part of your address, and it cannot reach your billing, which goes to your inbox.

Using the wall in the ZenEdge Trade Dashboard. Everything you put on your wall, each setup with its levels, the four answers you write before it saves, how you felt, your check ins, how it closed, your rules and your own pattern names, is saved to your account on this site’s database, tied to the email you signed in with, so it opens on any device you sign in on. The chart pictures you add are made smaller on your own device first, then kept in private storage on this site, filed under a code made from your email rather than the email itself, and only ever shown back to you. A copy of the wall is also kept in your browser so it opens quickly. You can export a backup file whenever you want one. If you leave check in emails on, the site emails you, at the email you sign in with, when a check in time you picked comes due; switch them off in the settings on the Wall tab.

Taking the Trader Mind Assessment. Nothing. It is free and open at /trader-mind/take with no sign in, no email and no payment, and it stores nothing about you anywhere. Your answers are held in the page while you are on it and are gone the moment you close the tab. They are never sent to this site’s server, never written to your browser’s storage, and never shared with anyone. There is no analytics on it and it makes no request to any other company. If you want your results kept, screenshot them, because nobody else has a copy.

Using the ZenEdge Dividend Dashboard. If you enter your own holdings on its MY INCOME tab, the number of shares you type beside each name is saved to your account on this site’s database, tied to the email you signed in with. That is all of it: a ticker, a share count and the time you last changed it. No cost basis, no account number, no broker connection, and no figure you did not type. Every income, yield and projection number on that tab is worked out in your browser from those share counts and is never stored anywhere. A copy is kept in your browser so the tab opens already filled in, and you can clear every share count from the tab itself.

Opening a private share link. A cookie holding that link, and a count of how many times the link was opened. No name, no email.

Arriving through a server’s referral link. A cookie named zet_ref holds that server’s code for 30 days. If you then buy a dashboard, the code is kept with your payment so the server’s owner can be paid their share. The owner is told how many paid years came through their link, never who bought.

Opening a trading server’s analyst records. Which analysts you follow, the contract count you type in and how far back you choose to look stay in your browser. None of it is sent to this site.

Using Stay Posted, the posting tool. A post you send right away goes straight from your browser to Discord and Telegram and never reaches this site. The webhook addresses and bot key you save, your draft and your list of sent posts are kept in your browser. If you add a Discord channel with the button on that page, Discord makes the channel’s webhook and gives its address to this site, which passes it straight on to your browser and keeps no copy.

Scheduling a post in Stay Posted. A post you set for later has to be sent by this site at its time, so it is stored here until then: its words, its time, the names of the places it goes to, and the addresses of those places, which are the webhook addresses and bot key it needs. If the post carries pictures, they are stored here too. The addresses are encrypted while they wait, and they and the pictures are erased the moment the post is sent or cancelled. What is kept after that is the words of the post, the names of its pictures, when it went, and what each place answered, so your sent list can show it.

Recaps imported from a trading server. When a server’s recap post is imported, its text is stored here: the analysts’ names as that server posted them, the trades the post lists, and, when one is copied, the link to that post in Discord. It is used for one thing, showing that server’s records to the people given a private link to them.

This part is the reason the page is short. There is no analytics on this site. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no heatmap, no session recorder, no profile of you, and nothing sold or shared with anyone for marketing. That is not a promise about the future, it is a statement about the code as it stands.

Your card details are never seen or stored here. Stripe or Whop holds those.

Your ZenEdge Trade Dashboard history, your wall and its chart pictures, and your Dividend Dashboard share counts are stored so that they are never lost, and for nothing else. None of them is sold, none is shared for marketing, and none is used to build a profile of you.

Running this at all means a handful of other companies are in the chain. Each one has its own privacy policy, and each sees only what it needs.

Stripe takes the payment for the two dashboards, The Morning Edge, Deep Dives, Call Sheet and Stay Posted, holds the card details, and hosts the page where you manage or cancel a subscription. Whop takes the payment for the ZenEdge Audit and the Historical Audit, Chart Reading Sessions, the monthly path of Yearly Mentoring and the three Discord memberships, on its own checkout page. Zelle carries an upfront Yearly Mentoring payment, between your bank and the one it is paid to. Supabase stores the sign in, the record of which product you own, your ZenEdge Trade Dashboard history, your wall and its chart pictures, your Dividend Dashboard share counts, any imported recaps, and a Historical Audit’s trade files until they are downloaded. Vercel serves the site. Formspree receives an Audit intake when you send it and forwards it to Andrew’s email, which Google hosts, and Upstash, through Vercel, holds his private list of audits in progress, with a copy of each intake. Resend delivers the sign in code to your inbox, The Morning Edge letter, and your wall’s check in emails if you leave them on.

Discord and Telegram receive what you post through Stay Posted. A post sent right away goes from your own browser, so each of them can see your internet address in the ordinary way any website visit does. A scheduled post goes from this site’s server instead. If you add a Discord channel with the button, you approve it on Discord’s own page, signed in to your own Discord account, so Discord knows which account approved it.

Finnhub supplies the live market prices inside the ZenEdge Dividend Dashboard. That request is made by the server, not your browser, and nothing about you is included in it.

Google Fonts is not used anywhere on this site. Every typeface, on these pages and inside the product files, the two you can buy and the analyst records page, is served from this site itself, so no page makes your browser ask Google for one.

TradingView draws the price chart inside the ZenEdge Dividend Dashboard. That chart is TradingView’s own page set inside this one, so when it loads, TradingView can see your internet address and which ticker you are looking at, and it may set cookies of its own.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, which is why there is no consent banner. The only cookies it sets are the sign in session for a product you bought, a share link cookie if you opened one, a referral cookie if a server’s link sent you here, and the Audit intake’s. The first two keep you signed in, and clearing them signs you out and nothing else. The referral cookie only remembers which server sent you, for 30 days. After checkout the intake sets one cookie that lets you back into your own intake, and a Historical Audit a second that lets your files upload. Both last 30 days, are sent only to the intake’s own address, and neither tracks you.

Beside the cookies, a paid product keeps a few things in your browser’s own storage so it works the way you left it: the copy of your data described above, your choice of navy or cream, the day you last accepted the disclaimer, whether Face ID is set up on that device, and, for a few minutes during sign in, your email address. None of it is read by anyone else or sent anywhere it was not already going.

The one exception is not this site’s. The TradingView chart inside the ZenEdge Dividend Dashboard may set cookies of its own, under TradingView’s policy.

The record that you own a product is kept for as long as you own it, because that record is what lets you sign in and open it.

Your ZenEdge Trade Dashboard history is kept until you delete it. To protect it from a bad save or a mistaken import, one earlier copy is also kept for each day you use it, so it can be put back the way it was on any earlier day. If your access ends, your history stays saved, so it is all there if you come back.

Your wall is kept until you erase it, and the same way: one earlier copy for each day you use it, so a bad save can be undone. The latest thirty daily copies are kept, and the first of each month before that. A chart picture is kept until you delete the setup it belongs to, and erasing your wall removes every picture with it. If your access ends, your wall stays saved, so it is all there if you come back. A note of each check in email sent, which setup and which time, is kept for ninety days so none is ever sent twice.

Your Dividend Dashboard share counts are kept until you clear them. There is no daily copy of those, because clearing them is one deliberate action you take on purpose rather than something a bad save can do to you. A box you empty by hand keeps its ticker on your account at a count of zero, so the removal reaches your other devices. Once you hold nothing and thirty days have passed, those names are dropped the next time you open the dashboard, and REMOVE EVERY SHARE COUNT drops them at once.

An imported recap is kept until it is taken out, and it is taken out if the server that posted it asks.

Your intake and your finished audit are kept so you can come back to them, use your revision, or read your plan again later. Ask and both are deleted within 14 days, with a reply to say it is done.

A Historical Audit’s trade files are kept here only until Andrew downloads them, and anything not downloaded within thirty days is deleted anyway. The copy on his computer is deleted once your audit is delivered. The counted figures stay in your audit, which is yours to keep.

A scheduled post is kept until it is sent or cancelled, and its pictures no longer than that. Its record, without the addresses or the pictures, is kept for ninety days after that and then deleted.

Payment records are kept by Stripe and Whop under their own retention rules, and some of that is a legal and tax obligation rather than a choice.

Email and ask what is held about you and it will be sent back to you. Ask for it to be deleted and it will be, with one caveat worth being straight about: deleting the record of what you own also removes your ability to sign in and open it. Payment records held by Stripe or Whop for tax and legal reasons cannot be deleted on request.

You can delete your dashboard history yourself, at any time. Resetting the dashboard removes your saved history and every earlier copy of it from your account. If you start again, the new history carries the time of the reset, so an older copy in another browser cannot put the old one back. If another browser of yours was still holding the old history, it sets its own copy aside in that browser’s storage instead of destroying it. That copy is never sent anywhere, and clearing that browser’s site data removes it.

On the Dividend Dashboard, REMOVE EVERY SHARE COUNT on the MY INCOME tab deletes every ticker and count from your account. One thing is kept in their place: the time you pressed it, with no ticker beside it, so an older copy in another browser cannot put them back. If your access has ended and you can no longer open either one, email and it will be deleted for you.

Depending on where you live you may have further rights over your data. Ask and they will be honored.

This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and nothing here is knowingly sold to a minor. If you believe a child has bought something or signed up, email and it will be removed.

If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. There is no mailing list to announce it, so the date is the honest signal.
