ZenEdge Dividend Dashboard

The slowest document I sell. Nothing in it moves on a chart you would watch intraday, and that is the whole idea.

Five tiers, twenty seven names

Dividend Kings with fifty year payout streaks. Aristocrats at twenty five and up. Elite REITs including the monthly payers. Income Engines running five to ten percent and above. Compounders that yield less today and raise the payout faster.

Sorting by tier rather than by yield is deliberate. A ten percent yield and a fifty year streak are two completely different arguments, and putting them in the same column is how people get hurt.

What each name carries

Open any row and the full card is there. Yield, dividend per share, price, dividend growth rate, payout frequency, a safety score, the reason the name is commonly held, DRIP considerations, the key risks, and the economic moat.

The risks section is written with the same care as the case for holding. A reference that only argues one side is a brochure.

The six tabs past the list

Charts puts the yield spectrum and the dividend growth rates side by side so the tradeoff between the two is visible rather than described.

DRIP is a six step walkthrough of how reinvestment compounds. Build is an allocation framework carrying seven rules for holding across decades. Buy Borrow Die is an educational walkthrough of the borrow against appreciated assets approach, laid out in three steps.

Why It Works sets out the evidence for holding dividend payers at all, including the places where the long record is weaker than the usual pitch admits.

Sources is the transparency tab. What every number on a row means, which figures are public record and which are editorial judgement, where the live data comes from and how old it is, and how to check any row yourself against the company filings in under a minute.

How it runs

It lives on a private page at dividend.zenedgetrader.com. Sign in with the email you bought with, enter the code we send you, and it opens on your phone, tablet, or computer. Prices, yields, and dividends are pulled from live market data and refreshed every fifteen minutes, so it needs a connection.

Access runs for a year and renews on its own. Cancel whenever you want and it stays open until the year you already paid for runs out. The yearly price is what keeps the live data feed running behind it.

A disclaimer appears every time it opens. This is a reference, not a portfolio anyone built for you.
